As a Project Manager for more than 20 years, I expected the PMP exam to be a breeze. I was wrong! I didn’t expect so many questions about scrum and ceremonies. These are things I had never been exposed to. After my failed attempt, I purchased the Agile Practice Guide and studied it while on vacation. I rescheduled my exam and passed the second time.
My advice for you is to review the PMP Study Guide from PMI. It provides a breakdown of the topics that will be covered. If you see something you don’t know, watch a video on that topic on YouTube.
